By accessing or using RawClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Use of Service

You agree to use RawClip only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to upload content that violates any laws or infringes on others' rights
• You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us license to process it

Pricing and Payment

RawClip operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You will be charged based on the length of video content processed. Pricing starts at $0.10 per minute of video.

Free Trial

You will receive a free trial that allows processing up to 3 videos. No credit card is required for the free trial.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RawClip and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

RawClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
